Frank has been the President and Chief Financial Officer of T-Rex since 2014. With a career that started at Deloitte Touche, Frank later established his own audit firm and became a partner in one of the largest accounting firms in western Broward County. His financial acumen and leadership have been instrumental in T-Rex’s growth and stability.

Secretary, Treasurer, and Director
Michael joined T-Rex in 2022, bringing extensive experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, and economics. He has advised clients on over $2 billion in transactions and held executive roles in technology, digital media, and natural resource industries.
